My 3rd-grade daughter recently wrote a letter to her favorite establishment for a school project, and she chose Panera Bread because she absolutely loves their Mac & Cheese and baguettes. We were so touched that the team not only responded with a gift card for a cookie, but they also displayed her letter in the store! She was beyond excited to see it hanging up. We love this location—the staff is truly wonderful, and we are so happy to have them as part of our community....read full review
