Usually during that time of the day Panera is always very busy, the first red flag is when we walked in to this Panera there was only 2 tables and couple people ordering to go. It makes sense that it wasn’t busy after the service and the cleanliness of the store. I had to wait ~5 minutes for someone to show up and get a bottle of water. I wish I could give this Panera 0 stars. The past 1-2 years it’s gone down the drain. I ordered today on my mobile app and I came in early so I went to go sit down in the back. One of the employees that was standing on the outside of the counter handing out pick up orders was yelling at a customer in front of everyone to never come back again and he wasn’t allowed.
