“I decided to try Alisa's Thai Food based on the overall high ratings they've received. It's a decision I do not regret. ☺️For starters, they only offer takeout and delivery. The shared parking lot is spacious, so no worries there. I ordered 2 sides of fried rice, 1 side of steamed vegetables, a few spring rolls, a couple of crab rangoons, and the mild Bang Bang Chicken. The Bang Bang Chicken was delicious! The sauce did not take away from the crispness, and there was plenty of it. The fried rice is some of the best I've had in the area. It's not over seasoned and paired well with the chicken. The steamed vegetables were steamed perfectly, and had no seasoning (which I prefer). Now the crab rangoons? They were huge and amazing. I could not get enough of them. They were crisp, and the filling was to die for. The plum sauce given tasted homemade, and paired very nicely with the rangoons, spring rolls, and fried rice. Call me obsessed.I definitely recommend this spot for Thai food and will be returning!Vegetarian options: There aren't many, but they do have a few options, like steamed vegetables, noodles, and fried rice.“
“It was our first time getting food here. I have to say that I was really impressed. Even though it was carry out the food had a great presentation. Was really, really delicious too. One of the dishes we tried was the cider shrimp flat bread and we were shook by how good it was. 10/10 to the “
“Have come here a few times since moving to Detroit. It's in a very old mostly abandoned industrial part of the city along the Detroit River, made better by nice new development nearby, adjoining a portion of the beautiful Detroit River Walk, and on a strip near the Atwater Grill with other businesses. Very nostalgic looking business whose interior including bathrooms have certainly seen better days, but made comfortable by the nice wait staff and VERY HOSPITABLE owner who is most always available and a pleasure to chat with. Generally speaking the food here is very good. I'd call this a must visit little foray into old Detroit, where you can get a nice meal and drinks well off the beaten path. I like it.“
“As someone who has rarely found a carbohydrate that I don't love (and has the thunder thighs to prove it), let me say that pierogi are one of my favorite foods...a love language of mine, if you will. In fact, a way to know that I've been kidnapped or am in distress is if you hear me say "Ew, I hate pierogi!"...because I've rarely met a pierogi that I've not loved.Pietrzyk Pierogi makes some of the best pierogi in the Great Lakes region, full stop. They have a fantastic selection of fillings, and all of them are delicious. By delicious, I mean that I am sad when I take a bite, because it's one less bite I have to take, and it means that I have less pierogi waiting for me.I wish I had a larger freezer at home so I could bring more packs of their pierogi home with me. Alas...“
“It is a great place if you want half or full sandwitch and soup. Great variety, very fresh ingredients and really fast. I got the blackened fish half sandwitch a yam chipotle soup and my daughter got ger favorite grilled cheese half sandwitch and poutine. Both meals were on the table with under 10 minutes and very delicious. We always go back to the Carvery.“
“My favorite go-to lunch place, been coming here for years. If you like sandwiches, soups or salads you have to come at least once. Their selection of homemade soups is especially noteworthy, they have around 10 or more different soups every day, but once they're sold out they're gone. You can ask for a sample before you decide. I need to mention that they also have breakfast and a hot lunch meal special and while both of them look great I've never gotten either myself.Just to shout out some of my favorites, the atomic turkey sandwich, garlic chicken parmesan and pasta soup, and the Ceaser salad (which has tomatoes and cucumbers, I love that but some might consider it sacrilegious). It has a very heavy lunch rush, I try to get there around 11:30, but the line does move so even if it's wrapped around the dining area don't panic.“
“We ordered food for delivery on a Friday night from the Windsor location. The lemon chicken was pretty good, but the chicken fried rice was very plain with bean sprouts, a sprinkle of chopped green onion, egg and tiny bits of chicken in it. All 3 dishes were almost the same colour. The Shanghai noodles were very disappointing. The picture on their website shows this dish with red pepper and green vegetables in it…our dish had only cheap cabbage. I had eaten at their Niagara Falls location only 2 weeks ago and was so impressed with it that I ordered it here. I guess next time I will have to ask for this dish to be prepared the same way they do for their buffet. Food arrived hot and in less time than expected.“
“The squirrels breakfast or the dog cage?? I don’t know… pick a damn name. Good food, eggs Benedict is up to par. However, 15 minutes to wait for the bill and an extra 10 for change is kinda ridiculous. Also put a sign on your door “please use other door” with an arrow is not hard to do. As well, if you’re going to have white chairs… wipe them down.“
“I usually visit this cafe for breakfast or lunch and my experience has been pleasant and hassle free. Food is always fresh, workers are polite and strive to provide consistency, along with prompt and efficient service. Pick your own 2 items combo is one of my personal favorites.“
“Went here for dinner on a Thursday evening, food was very good for a reasonable price. Service was slow but that was do to their lack of help. I do not like the new way of tipping where you are forced to tip their given tip amounts by choosing from multiple choice options. My overall experience was good even with their lack of help my server was a good server.Parking: Parking on street in front and in parking lot.“
“I’m so confused about these negative remarks? This place is awesome, Sean goes beyond the call of duty. Our food always is perfect and delicious! You can’t expect to receive great food in 15 mins, if you do go through a drive thru. Thank you Gim Ling for the great service always!“
“Drunk in Noodles are the best here. They close at 9 pm. I called at 8:50 pm. Not only did he take my order, but he also went over the menu with me without rushing. I can't wait until I have time to dine in. The place is so very clean with a friendly staff.“
“This was my first time at this location and this is the best Olive Garden I’ve ever visited. The place was super busy, yet we waited about 15 mins. We were seated and served drinks fast. Our server Margie, has definitely mastered the art of customer service!! Professional, kind and just a great person! The food was hot and delicious and before we even finished soup/salad our entrees arrived. You can tell this Olive Garden has excellent teamwork and yet again the service was superb! I live West but I’ll definitely return just because of the excellent and prompt service! *chef’s kiss*“
“Great service overall, but the Door Dash delivery man... he was horrible. He didn't check to bring all of my order and careless that he messed up. He was lazy to go back to correct his mistake. I suggest that never give tip online, but wait to if driver give you great services before giving them a tip.I love Panera Bread... the driver almost killed my experience.“
