I took a 3 hour pierogi making class and it was excellent. I came home with 2 dozen and they are so tasty. Can’t wait to take the cabbage roll class. So many interesting food combinations of pierogis.
As someone who has rarely found a carbohydrate that I don't love (and has the thunder thighs to prove it), let me say that pierogi are one of my favorite foods...a love language of mine, if you will. In fact, a way to know that I've been kidnapped or am in distress is if you hear me say "Ew, I hate pierogi!"...because I've rarely met a pierogi that I've not loved.Pietrzyk Pierogi makes some of the best pierogi in the Great Lakes region, full stop. We ordered the Starter Pack for Christmas Eve dinner in NYC. Everything arrived in plenty of time frozen solid via UPS, was super easy to prepare and was completely delicious. It's our second year, and likely to be a tradition.
