While we haven't had the pleasure of visiting Pietrzyk Pierogi in person- we however are HUGE fans of these potato filled dumplings!!! A local business to us (Coolspring Ranch) carries quite a few flavors in their freezer section that we cook up at home. These Pierogi come out heavenly! A couple of our favorites are the Becky (jalapeno & cream cheese) with just enough of pleasant heat, but not too much AND the Holy Gouda. Chefs Kiss!

I took a perogi making class with my family. It was way more then what we expected!! We learned so much and we got to take 2 dozen perogi home with us....bonus!!!! Erica, our instructor, was great at explaining and demonstrating how to make perogies. What a fantastic experience! I would highly recommend this class!!

I found the class on Eventbrite. I was the only student. It was such a fun, personal experience. Erica, the owner and instructor, is bright, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. I felt like I was hanging out with a friend rather than taking a class.
