As a Vietnamese adult who has grown up eating the best Pho on earth I must say, this place is spectacular! I've been a vegetarian the last 6 years and their vegan Pho is exceptional. The broth has love, not generic stock. Only place in the area that has shitaki mushrooms and bok choy included which is a wise and thoughtful consideration for those of us meat free. I ordered a salad that is evidently made with a sauce that uses seafood as part of the ingredient base. While the menu notes it is not vegan, the ordering platform the restaurant uses was not clear on that. However, when I arrived they asked if I was vegan (I order the vegan pho as well) and then told me about the sauce. Then, they offered to replace that salad with a different salad they could make vegan. Because I appreciated that effort, I felt motivated to write this review.

I love this place so much. Everything on their menu rocks. Service is excellent, even with them being constantly busy. Can’t beat this spot for amazing pho.
