“we stopped this afternoon and was truly amazed at how delicious the food there was ! The staff was polite and friendly too. I had the steak & cheese sub with fries, both were delicious and fries were crispy My wife's Chipotle chicken & cheese wrap was overflowing with both chicken and cheese! absolutely delicious! We will definitely be going back . I highly recommend this Cafe to everyone, you will not be disappointed!“

“Whenever I'm in Hamtramck I stop here for a veggie sub and they are one of the quicker subways as in on a lunch break it seems they under stand and move with an urgency. The sub will never be thrown together sloppy and it seems they don't try to skimp, meaning they stack my sib with plenty of veggies.

“I have been placing large group orders of around 100 sandwiches for high school debate tournaments hosted at Wayne State for several years. I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent customer service and quality of the food we receive every time. I send the owner a fairly complicated spreadsheet, and he bags the sandwiches by school for me to make distribution much easier for me. Each order is marked and 100% accurate. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. I place similar orders at different universities several times a year, and this is the ONLY place that is consistent and accurate. It's a true pleasure dealing with this location.“

“TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I saw the review about the lady that has the double vasectomy claiming the employees tried fighting her and called her the word with the hard R. I was there while this situation happened, not only did the young lady (I believe her name was Lina?) not say that word, she was also quiet calm and collected until the customer started harassing the entire staff. The customer asked for extra onions, the young lady said I put extra on there and the customer asked for more, the young lady said ok. After cashing out the order the customer than claimed that she felt she was disrespected and that she wanted to talk to a manager about the staffs attitude. I told her to just call corporate and complain because I was next and I wanted to cash out and leave. The customer decided to escalate and call the staff trashy and young kids with no respect. The customer was way out of line, and she started bringing up “the customer is always right” . That’s not true. I own multiple businesses and the customer is not always right, Especially when you start disrespecting staff. Anyways I’ve been here multiple times and Delon (I believe his name, the man in the picture) and the rest of the staff are so dang friendly. Very very fast, and very respectful. It’s a shame that grown women would lie just to try to get a free Sandwhich. JERSEY MIKES ON 12 and mound, THE BEST LOCATION IN THE METRO DETROIT AREA!!! ❤“

As someone who enjoys chicken, I was really impressed with the quality and taste of their chicken sandwiches—they were fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I like. “Visited twice, once months ago and once today. Wow! What a great sub! Yeah I am not fond of a sub costing $15 like the giant italian does but wow is it worth it! I mean the staff politeness was awesome (including in store safety virus protocols)! Then the sub was over the top again. Freshest bread anywhere, perfect red tomatoes, crisp lettuce, fresh sliced meat, spices...just delicious! Again, the staff here was great! I wish I knew the name of the African American gentleman that greeted me and I think was in charge. I witnessed his door greetings to other customers and he really has that "personal touch" with people. I think I need to eat here at least 1-2 times a week for now on. My wife already told me we need to focus on them vrs the other alternative sub restaurants. I think she is right!“

“It's a good thing that everything this menu is good because every time we go, something is wrong with the order. Every. Single. Time. It's comical. Doesn't matter the location. Piquette was the most recent, but last time it was the Livernois spot. Thankfully we're able to pick pickles off or deal with no pita chips on our salad or even accept beef instead of chicken, because again, everything is tasty. Not worth it to complain because the staff aren't the most friendly. Like another reviewer said, get an extra side of garlic!“
