A coupon in the email got me to place an order, and then it didn't work online, which prompted me to call the store only to find out that they're outsourcing customer service calls. I did finally go into the location, and I was helped by the manager who deserves a raise. I'm sure the Illitches can afford to pay their employees who are working so hard doing multiple jobs, more money. The pizza I ordered was ok it just wasn't ready. This place used to be the cleanest and fastest location. One of the best locations in the entire city of Detroit. Now it ran by kids super slow. I’m leaving this review cause sadly this isn’t my first bad experience at this wholesome establishment. Wait times over a hour for pizza is crazy to me. Especially at a little Caesars. Guess it’s hot and waiting.

It's usually on point but today there were no Hot n Ready pizza and it takes 15 minutes to make them? That's what I was told. I went to Mr. C's and got better pizza but I had to drive and waste more time away from my job so I was disappointed for that
