“We finally made it out to try Frenchy's Poutinery and so glad we did. My kids enjoyed building their own, picking their protein, veggies and sauces. Let's talk about bang for your buck too! These things where packed solid. Not only was it delicious, they stayed piping hot giving great cheese pulls right to the bottom. “We had a wonderful experience here. The pizzas were absolutely delicious and hit the spot perfectly.

I was especially impressed by the fresh toppings on the vegetarian pizza, particularly the generous handfuls of fresh cilantro that added such a great pop of flavor. The crust had a nice bake to it, and everything arrived looking hot and tasty. We will definitely be back soon.“

“10/10 for this home run of a restaurant. I generally don't eat breakfast in the morning but my stomach said otherwise today. I tried to ignore the hungry vibe I was getting but I failed. While driving I saw the sign and said why not. Let's give it a shot. I'm ecstatic that i did so. I had the "meat wrap" and let me tell you it was heaven in a tortilla for this breakfast carnivore. “I got the 5.99 deal. The mini sandwich. It was good but cold.
The fries and the biscuit were great and both were warm and hot.
Just wish the chicken was warmer.
The service was great. But the tables in the dining area were not very clean as well.

“Got a dinner and a show. The young lady that was in charge (we see her quite often) on Friday June 5 at 9pm was amazing. She politely helped this guy figure out what coupon worked best for him, and he wasn't impressed with how much he paid and turned disrespectful and utterly rude, yelling at her. Your staff that was on handled it wonderful and we're very apologetic to us which they had no reason to be. 1000% coming back.“

“So I’m just now adding my review/shoutout after a few weeks now. However Charley’s on E Warren location in Detroit is by far some of the best service I’ve seen in these day and age. The manager or lead not sure his position but Barry was awesome the way he moved through the store and handle the food was 5 star service and I appreciate him so much. One of my biggest things about fast food is cleanest and he is the right person for the job. Thank you so much Barry I’ll be back to visit again!“

The staff was wonderful and professional--even though there's no conspicuous tip jar visible. The burgers were cooked perfectly.
