Sarah was training and employee and helping a client with dietary needs and she was so accommodating and personable. “10/10 for this home run of a restaurant. I generally don't eat breakfast in the morning but my stomach said otherwise today. I tried to ignore the hungry vibe I was getting but I failed. While driving I saw the sign and said why not. Let's give it a shot. I'm ecstatic that i did so. I had the "meat wrap" and let me tell you it was heaven in a tortilla for this breakfast carnivore. I will definitely be a regular there for now on. The hospitality and warm smiles definitely started my day off right. Thanks guys!!“

“We finally made it out to try Frenchy's Poutinery and so glad we did. My kids enjoyed building their own, picking their protein, veggies and sauces. Let's talk about bang for your buck too! These things where packed solid. Not only was it delicious, they stayed piping hot giving great cheese pulls right to the bottom. “Got a dinner and a show. The young lady that was in charge (we see her quite often) on Friday June 5 at 9pm was amazing. She politely helped this guy figure out what coupon worked best for him, and he wasn't impressed with how much he paid and turned disrespectful and utterly rude, yelling at her. Your staff that was on handled it wonderful and we're very apologetic to us which they had no reason to be. 1000% coming back.“

“Looked online and it said sloppy joes were still on the menu. Never had them and was working from home that day. Got there ...not so much. Okay. I'll get the deluxe ones. Never had.
Got home and realized the. Burgers are just waaaaaay too salty.

I've only had white Castle maybe 4 times in my 60+ year life in the Midwest. Two were in AZ.. those were great!!! But ...I think, in my opinion, Culvers is just tastier.

With that said, the lady at the window was very nice. Told me nicely that the joes were not available.
While waiting I noticed the outside garbage was spilling out. I told her and she seemed genuine that it would be taken care of.“

“Excellent food and you can’t beat the value. You can get a sandwich and fries for under $13 and they don’t shove the tip screen in your face. Food is excellent every time I order from here. The chicken is flavored well and moist; not dry. If you’re here and that lady is selling cake but a slice it’s excellent. A+“

I’m a National guy, always have been, always will be. That Chicken Hani man, I love it. Fluffy pita stuffed with fried chicken, multiple cheeses, mayo, lettuce & tomato.

The fries tasted as good as if they brought them out to my table. Fresh pickles, on the side. Zero complaints today. Thanks for cooking dinner while I watched some football.

“So I’m just now adding my review/shoutout after a few weeks now. However Charley’s on E Warren location in Detroit is by far some of the best service I’ve seen in these day and age. The manager or lead not sure his position but Barry was awesome the way he moved through the store and handle the food was 5 star service and I appreciate him so much. “I enjoyed the veggie sliders as a good alternative to meat! however they ordered with Thai sauce to be added and there was none on them! disappointed since this is now the 3rd time in a row going to white castle at this location that my order has been screwed up, and everytime there is such a long wait in line I never want to wait that long to get it fixed, maybe employees need more training to listen to customers better when placing orders, I know we all make mistakes but shouldn't be 3 times in a row!“
