I usually like this place. They're fast friendly and it's inexpensive but it was not the last time I went. They said it would be a 10 minute wait so I went with my wife and kids to pick up our to go order. After sitting there for 30 minutes the lady behind the counter asked my name and then told the chef to make my chicken. My friend & I had lunch at this National Coney Island today. JR was our server, and she was so friendly, with a sweet smile, and she took good care of us. The food and drinks were great. Good value for the money! Please recognize JR for her excellent customer service! We will return, and ask for her!Parking: They had several reserved spots available, which made it easier for me, a parking placard holder, to get a good parking spot close to the entrance. Wow, the food was amazing, the price was perfect, and our server was on top of things. The friendliness of the staff made our dine-in experience wonderful. The restaurant was so clean, too!
