Wow, the food was amazing, the price was perfect, and our server was on top of things. The friendliness of the staff made our dine-in experience wonderful. The restaurant was so clean, too!

I’ve been here several times with no problem. But today I came in with my mother and the entire staff stared at us and proceeded to look down at there phones. We weren’t offered seats or even Greeted. Me and my mother were very disappointed do to the terrible service. Not to mention that we are black women and it doesn’t look well when you walk into a place and all you get is dirty looks. I will not be returning to this location anymore.

I usually like this place. They're fast friendly and it's inexpensive but it was not the last time I went. They said it would be a 10 minute wait so I went with my wife and kids to pick up our to go order. After sitting there for 30 minutes the lady behind the counter asked my name and then told the chef to make my chicken. Which means they didn't even start it i until 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I ended up going home it took so long. I came to the counter to ask for more ranch and was treated like I was bothering them. When I finally came back and got my food my order was wrong. I gave it 3 stars because it's usually fine but this time sucked.
I had a gyro and it tasted OK, but I have had better that in regards to the seasoning of the meat.

My friend & I had lunch at this National Coney Island today. JR was our server, and she was so friendly, with a sweet smile, and she took good care of us. The food and drinks were great. Good value for the money! Please recognize JR for her excellent customer service! We will return, and ask for her!Parking: They had several reserved spots available, which made it easier for me, a parking placard holder, to get a good parking spot close to the entrance. Much easier to park at this one than the one on Mack Avenue in Grosse Pointe.

My husband had 2 coney's which are always very good. I had breakfast which I knew I should stick to what they're known for so I got the big breakfast, which is 3 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 bacon and a piece of ham and hashbrowns and toast. Sausage, ham and eggs were yummy, but when it came to the hashbrowns they just tasted like a oily mess. The bacon was paper thin it looks like the cheapest bacon they can buy. So next time I will get a Hani, a coney, a Greek salad or a Mr. Pops special burger. No more breakfast for me!!
