It was totally last minute, and I had little hope of finding a bakery that could accommodate the order on short notice and with its specificity. Fannie was happy to help! She baked us a beautiful and positively delicious vegan carrot cake with buttercream frosting. My father is 78 and has enjoyed vegan desserts for many, many years. I docked 1 star for the unkind behavior of the brunette ponytailed barista. We bought an unhoused gentleman a coffee. He was with a walker and could hardly move. When the barista brought out his coffee, he asked her for cold water. She looked at him in disgust and walked away. I gave her a few mins to bring the water. When I realized she wasn’t going to, I walked over and demanded she give him the water. It was a hot, humid day. We already paid for his drink, it really didn’t need to go like that.

Besides that, all the cashiers were friendly and knowledgeable.“

Oh my heavens, delicious doesn't aptly describe the baked goods I ate. The muffins and bread are made with clean, natural ingredients - no fillers or junk. Every item has a distinct flavor profile. The blueberry muffins were bursting with blueberries. The honey drizzle on the cinnamon croissant muffin was divine, tasted like it came straight from the beehive. Le Rouge has a new fan!“
