“Had a really good experience at Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s inside meijer. Everything smelled amazing as soon as I walked in. The cinnamon rolls were warm, soft, and fresh, and the pretzels were perfectly baked with great flavor. The staff were friendly and quick even when it was busy. Definitely a great spot to grab a sweet treat or snack while shopping. I’ll for sure be coming back again!“

“This is my go to loacal bakery from savory to sweet they have it all they make bread fresh all day long and at some of the best prices as well. There prices are amazing as well. They do boba and Ramen as well but there steamed chines sausage buns with egg are where it at!!! Tend to get 2 to 3 ever time I go there. It was totally last minute, and I had little hope of finding a bakery that could accommodate the order on short notice and with its specificity. Fannie was happy to help! She baked us a beautiful and positively delicious vegan carrot cake with buttercream frosting. My father is 78 and has enjoyed vegan desserts for many, many years. “Omg! Can’t say enough great things about this bakery! I believe this bakery is under new management as of Fall 2025 so keep that in mind when reading older reviews. I recently ordered a customized cake for a 40th birthday party and the process was so easy from start to finish. I texted with the bakery to explain and send pics of what I was looking for which was super convenient. I really appreciated their prompt and professional process. The cake turned out 10 times more beautiful than I could have even imagined. Pictures truly don’t do it justice! Everyone at the party was awed by how gorgeous it was. BUT how beautiful the cake was is not why I’m writing a review. Every person at the party (about 50 people) went NUTS over how delicious it was!!!! It was the talk of the party! The most fluffy and decadent birthday cake I’ve ever had, the frosting was perfectly sweet but balanced, and the middle cream layer was heavenly!! We offered some to a table nearby and they ended up coming over to the party later on to get details on where the cake came from. I wish I had business cards to hand out because the cake truly was the star of the party! I also need to say that the price was more than fair for how big the cake was and the insane detail they put into decorating it. I can’t wait to order more cakes in the future!“

I recently moved back in the area and love Josefs European Pastry shop.

The cherry custard cofee cake is a delicious fresh taste of home.

I stopped by while visiting Gross Pointe Woods and was not disappointed.

I took a variety of tastes home to share with my family.

I highy recommend Josefs for a warm drink and fresh pastry to sit and visit with a friend inside or outside.“

“Drove past this bakery and just had to stop in and was not disappointed. The cheese pie was so delicious and soft. The meat pie was also so good and not overpowered with spices like other bakeries in the area. The gem at the register was so sweet to us too. “10/10 would recommend this bakery!! I needed a smash cake for my daughter’s first birthday. I wanted to find one that used natural dyes. I called a few bakery’s and this is the only one that was willing to use a natural dye. They had me bring in a box of the dye I wanted! The cake turned out perfect, looked great, tasted great and they were really really decently priced too!! I also had a dozen cupcakes made with my dye and it was great too! My only complaint was it was supposed to be a bright pink but it turned out more of a really really light pink. Totally okay, especially since they were using my dye! But I just wish I would have been called when they were making it before I picked it up so I would have known. But I would 100% use this bakery again!“
