“We love Mia's! We go every week. We have brought all of our friends and family to Mia's. They all ask to meet us there now and many have ordered desserts and food of their own. My favorite experience recently was my daughter's frozen birthday cake. She loved it so much. She kept going over to look at it during her birthday party! She was so happy. All of our guests loved it. Most cakes that are pretty on the outside taste awful inside but everyone told us they couldn't believe how delicious it was!“
“Knickerbocker breads are by far the best tasting, best quality breads our family has ever eaten. We have been eating Knickerbocker breads for years. One of our favorites is the Michigan Cherry Walnut. They never shrimp on the cherries or the walnuts. We use it for all different kinds of meals. Chicken salad sandwiches, grilled cheese, peanut butter, and jelly sandwiches, we use it for french toast and you’ve got to try it for cream cheese stuffed french toast and just plan toasted. You’ll find it’s hard to pick a favorite because they are all great!“
“This place is awesome. We're in town on vacation, and I was picking up Chinese food next door. There was a line of people waiting to get sweets, so I popped in line. Must be good, right? That's an understatement. The sweets I got were out of this world. The oreo cheesecake waffle cone is one of the best snacks I've ever had in my life. The lemon strawberry cupcakes were also amazing. Highly recommend this little shop“
“Bakery is small inside but the aroma is enticing!Selection of your common Cantonese buns, both plain and with fillings such as coconut, custard, bbq pork, pineapple, red bean ... to other sorts of pastries, egg and Portuguese tarts, cakes, fried savory dumplings and white sugar sponge cake among a few more.Review of few of the items purchased today, the custard and Danish bun, as labeled on the case.The texture and taste of the bread is good and soft with a slight sweetness. However, there is little to no filling. What did I pay for? The custard bun is almost nonexistent. You can see a very light layer and almost hollow inside. The Danish bun top layer on the outside was flaky and flavorful but the custard inside of this one was not for me.I would say that the the egg tarts are pretty good, as well as the fried savory dumpling 咸水角 like pastry.“
