Astoria has the most amazing bakery items...I tried the heart cookie (sugar cookie with chocolate for frosting), a black and white cookie, macarons, Michigan cherry cookie, peanut clusters, and chocolate baklava. I came in off the yelp search and I tried the turtle brownie and the cinnamon rolls they were amazing and fresh . The place is clean, nice and they have so many options if you have not tried them you should .

If you are looking for a bakery in downtown Detroit the Astoria is a gem. The products are good and they offer a little bit of everything (e.g., cookies, pastries, cakes, etc.) I don't remember seeing pies but they have them too. And to top it off the coffee was $1. Wow, when was the last time you paid $1 for a coffee.
