“I’ve lived in the area for almost 10 years and never tried this place! Today I tried their personal size meat lovers pizza and OMG it was delicious. Ingredients were so fresh , perfectly done thin crust, big size for a personal size, and a price that would rival a pizza chain. Had a minute to peruse the other Italian specialties in the store while my pizza was freshly prepared and I can’t wait to try other pizzas and their other dishes. Why did I a wait??“

“So i've been coming to this hungry howies for about three years. My daughter is autistic, and she only eats selected foods from select places this being one of them. She's very particular about her cheese and this location nails it every time!

I just want to say that every time I come here, there's one particular kid there I don't know his name, but he is so sweet, so kind and it seems like he works his, butt off. My pizza is made perfectly every single time and every single delivery driver or anybody else I've ever came into contact with has been nothing but kind. I will forever come here! “Yo! Mootz is a really good spot for Detroit-style pizza! We walked by and saw a lot of smiling faces, so dropped in, and I’m glad we did! I had a slice of the buffalo chicken pizza, as well as a slice of cheese pizza. After the first bite, I quickly understood why there were so many smiling faces in there! What’s cool about this place is that they have a takeout side where you can walk up, get your pizza, and go hang out in one of the neatest alleys in Detroit!“

“A group of us made the quick walk over to Townhouse from the convention center. We were given the option to sit right away or wait a few minutes for a table to be cleared in the atrium. So glad we chose to wait. The atrium is beautiful! Our server, Diego, was fantastic and all his recommendations were hits at the table! He also was diligent about checking with the kitchen to ensure those in our parties with allergies/sensitivities were good with their food choices.“

“We tried the Detroit Pepper Company tonight, first time! We went with the Detroit Stuffed Pepper, beef with parmesan cheese. Very good taste, and huge. We also ordered the Vegan Stuffed Pepper, but we will have to try it tomorrow for lunch...too full from the Detroit Stuffed Pepper! We also tried the lentil bean soup, very nice. And my wife enjoyed the Mango Tastic smoothie:-) We're happy to learn about the Detroit Pepper Company, and we'll be back. Highly recommended. A very clean take-out only place, with good food and a very friendly staff.“

The Brachetto was another standout and easily one of my favorite bites of the evening. We also tried the Wagyu short rib, which was tender, rich, and the ultimate comfort dish. “I tried Vicente’s Cuban Restaurant in Detroit last weekend before a Tigers game and it did not disappoint! A lot of restaurants downtown were either closed or had long waits, so I decided to give Vicente’s a try and I’m glad I did. The staff was very friendly, the food came out quickly, and the Pan Con Bistec was amazing. Shoutout to our server Abraham for being so accommodating. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re downtown Detroit!“

The place had a good crowd both nights. Nice little pub. If I'm ever up that way again, it'll be one of my first stops.“

“The girl at the register is very nice and pleasant on the phone. The pizza was fantastic but the menu online needs to be updated. Every pizza on the list increased 35-45% in price which equates to $6-7 extra per pizza. The large cheese pizza is $19 not $13 the pepperoni is $22 not $15.“

The food was 10/10, service was prompt and everyone was very welcoming. Clean and well kept establishment, I will be back for sure to another green tea that was made to perfection.“

“Fantastic beer coming out of the east side of the state! Watch out west side breweries. Great beer selection wirh brews that a consistent and varied. The IPAs are tasty and hoppy while the porters are robust and warming in the cooler months. Big, big fan of Elephant Juice and Sweater Weather - this combination covers my whole year. The brewery is a nice space, funky and welcoming. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, can't go wrong here.“

“Wow, what a great experience we had at Eastwood Grille last night! We were a large table of 24 guests, and we were served by our waitress Tiffany with such prompt and courteous service, everyone at our table raved about it all night. We were never without drinks, our food came out piping hot with very generous proportions and great prices. Tiffany had us in and out , with bellies full in 1 1/2 hrs. Shout out to the chefs and to Wendi who also came to check on us through out our dinner. Would definately recommend this restaurant, we'll definately be back!“
