“This past Friday my aunt took me to Bucci for the first time. It opens at 5pm, when I first walked in I was so excited because of the service. We walked in and the staff greeted us and was soooo nice. Lights dim, elegant vibe. We sat at the bar because we didn't have reservations, they were more than happy to seat us. I love the open kitchen, we sat and watched the chef and the kitchen staff do their thing and I loved every minute of it. I felt like I was on a cooking show, watching the orders come in and fresh food come out, the chef yells out the order and everyone starts prepping. The food......... I had the artichoke soup to start, I didn't know what to expect but it was delicious. For entrée I had the lobster risotto which was one of the specials that night. Omg must have. Fresh lobster, risotto was creamy and flavorful. My aunt had the chicken parmesan, she absolutely loved it. I think coming back and sitting at the bar will be my go to. Thank you for an amazing first experience. I will definitely be back to try some different dishes.“
“We're new to the are and Licavolis continues to be one of our favorite spots to grab a bite to eat. The shop itself is awesome with all kinds of Michigan made products and great snacks. The pizza, subs and calazones are my personal favorites here. Enjoyed the salad and cheese bread this time ad well. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a different pizza than the usual chain spots.“
“The staff was very kind and friendly. I was glad to see that my questions didn’t bother the waitress. The food was delicious, but the portions were really large, so I needed a box to take home the rest. I ordered the pasta pollo divano, and it was so delicious. The only issue I had was the atmosphere. It’s a very lovely place with nice decorations, but the tables are extremely close to each other. The waitress was struggling to get to the table behind us, and she pushed our table forward so that there would be more room. It didn’t do much, my friend was just pushed to the table behind her.Vegetarian options: There is no “vegetarian” option labeled on the menu, but I believe you are able to remove any ingredients from the dishes to allow them to be vegetarian-friendly.Parking: There was a small parking lot behind the restaurant, completely full, and there was parallel parking right in front of the restaurant, paid parking. A little difficult for me to look for parking, my friend had to park in a subdivision nearby.“
