“I love Zino’s! This is the perfect pizza when you need a delivery style pizza. Cheese is unreal. Zino’s cheese bread with the feta, phenomenal! Sauce is robust. Flavorful, with a great blend of spices. Crust is soft, and slightly sweet. If it’s game day, or you want a family night meal this is one of my go-to pizza spots. Delivery is fast and food arrives hot. I can’t recommend this place enough. I struggled for a long time trying to find just a solid pizza spot and Zino’s ticks off a lot of boxes. You won’t find a better pizza in Ferndale, Royal Oak, or Madison Heights.“

“Oh MAN Rocco's is the place I have searched for in vain until last year when I tried them for the first time. Since that first meatball sub I have had almost every sandwich on the menu and so far not one has disappointed! Today I had the Corner Deli and was transported to Italian paradiso! In case you non-Italians did not know, ciabatta is the Italian baguette and Rocco's bakes many fresh loaves several times per day! Usually it is still warm from the oven even if you get a cold sandwich! There is no better sandwich bread in my progenic-Italian opinion! They are in Midtown on Cass just East of Mack. Try them if you have yet to do so. You will thank the gods!“

Chicken parm was HUGE (took half to go) and was seasoned perfectly. Hubby had the gnocchi with sausage and said it was FABULOUS! We both added a salad to our meals, house salad for me and Caesar for him. Had the Arancini for an appetizer, and it was soooo good! “I was in the area .. looking for a "Steak and Cheese Sub" it just so happened I was literally across the street at an appointment..so I decided to stop in.. I asked the the person behind the counter what they recommend for a "First time customer".. he smiled and said try the "Original Steak Daddy " I said ok.. just add green pepper and onion and we're good! I have to say that was the absolute "Best! Steak Sub I have ever had! the Steak was perfectly marinated in a light Italian Gravy.. not too much and not too little.. the Steak itself was a huge portion and the green peppers and onions were overflowing over the bun.. this really was a treat! 5 star rating is really not enough.. 10 from me for sure!“
“Buddy's pizza is definitely at the top of Detroit style pizza. It's not overly thick and has great flavor throughout. The toppings are fresh and they let you do half and half in their large ones. The special seasoned sauce really seals the deal on the pizza and is free to add as a substitute for their original sauce. The wings were okay, but really small for the price. Probably wouldn't order those again. OThe waiter was friendly and knowledgeable and definitely helped us make informed decisions about the pizza. I would definitely recommend Buddy's and will eat there again.“

It comes in a marinara sauce and a generous dollop of creamy riccota. The eggplant parmesan is properly cooked and also delicious. It comes with a side of spagetti. Only critique is the side of pasta lacks sauce. It is a bit pricey, but 2 will eat this for 2 days, so the value is there. This is about as good if not better then most other quality dine in Italian restaurants. And the nicest thing is the staff is excedingly friendly and an absolute pleasure to interact with.“

They offer numerous different wood fired pizzas made fresh in front of you in their open kitchen. If pizza isn't your thing there are also many different pasta dishes and small plates available. The atmosphere is casual, and gives you a small Italian pizza shop feel. They also have a small parking lot behind the building to save you from paying to park.“
