It’s such an amazing spot for a private, intimate event—we had around 50 guests, and the space was perfect. The entire process was seamless, the food was unbelievable, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make the day special. Everything exceeded our expectations, and our guests are still talking about how wonderful it was. I would highly recommend D’Amato’s for any special occasion!“

The food was excellent, the ambiance perfect, and our guardian angel, Besnik, provided excellent suggestions all throughout the night! “Exceptional service and food was delicious. We left Aurora on the Lake due to obnoxiously loud Arabic music and people smoking cigarettes on the balcony. Not the atmosphere you expect from an fine dining Italian restaurant. Aria was a breath of fresh air. We chose to sit outside. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere is the occasional loud vehicle passing by on 14 Mile. No fault of theirs really. Too bad Aurora has the better location-they don't deserve it“

Dinner salads were even yummy, crisp, fresh vegetables and the dressing was so good! We all enjoyed different meals, eggplant parm, lemon dill salmon, chicken parm, and pasta pesto. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinners, ate too much, and recommend this restaurant AND server to anyone looking for a great place!“

We were a party of 6 and the restaurant was more than accommodating. “Casa pernoi is absolutely magnificent! We visited on a rainy October day and were seated outside, facing the most charming roaring fireplace. The atmosphere was incredibly cozy and intimate, it honestly felt like a private dining experience just for us.
The host was an absolute gem, going above and beyond by offering to take beautiful pictures of our plates so we could capture the moment. The food was just as impressive as the setting. The fresh, warm sourdough bread was pure perfection, and the fried eggplant was unbelievably delicious—easily a highlight of the meal.
We cannot recommend this place enough. We are already planning our next visit!“

“I noticed the all-you-can-eat promotion but knew I wouldn’t eat that much, so I went with a smaller plate instead. I ordered the cheese tortellini with Alfredo and chicken, but it was disappointing. There wasn’t enough sauce, and the flavor was off, way too salty. The chicken didn’t taste great either, and I wasn’t even given the option to choose grilled chicken. The breadsticks were just average.

I’ve seen better feedback on their red sauce dishes, so maybe those are a safer choice. I was also let down that they don’t offer pesto or cacio e pepe, which are usually my go-to options.“

My favorite was Pasta e Fagioli which was a delicious red and white bean soup with pasta - delicious. With this deal you get to try 4 different soups. My partner tried the Lasagna and was well pleased. Good bang for the buck, this is much better deal than burger, fries, and a drink! I will be visiting more often.“

“We have been going to this restaurant since 2019. Service is always great. We have tried several entrees over the years and have settled on a few favorites. My wife's is the Tortellini alla Panna. If I'm hungry enough I get the very tender and tasty Braised Short Ribs with Strozzapreti Pasta. If not as hungry, I go with the Lasagna alla Bolognese. We also share a dessert. Our favorite is the Tuxedo Cake which is perfect to share for 2 after those generous-portioned entrees.“
