My husband and I ate here last Friday. Although the front of the restaurant is indeed cramped, it is lively and is my preferred seating area rather than the back room.We started with the winter crostini and bacon wrapped dates with mascarpone. Had a wonderful evening at Bolonga Via Cucina! Mt husband and I were looking for somewhere new to try and we’re so glad we made reservations here. We were sat in the back dining room, which had great ambiance. There were families, a birthday party and couples dining, but the room still felt intimate and cozy (I will say I wouldn’t want to sit in the crammed front bar area and glad we sat in the back). One of my favorite places to get dinner and definitely my top place to go when I'm craving Italian food. Drinks are great and there's a great wine selection to choose from. Service goes the extra mile and it's a cozy place located right in Downtown Rochester. Love this place!
