I finally had a chance to visit the highly regarded, Hudson Cafe. It was worth the wait...delicious food, outstanding service by Julian, and the atmosphere was full of good vibes. Can't wait to go back.Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian options on the menu. Been many places, eaten many breakfasts. Whoever prepared our food but their entire foot in the pot. Everything was prepared perfectly. The pancake was pancaking and the wings were crispy like grandma used to make them.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu plus a variety of waffles, panecakes and frenchtoast
