“Not only is the food amazing, but the service here is unparalleled. Through a mistake of my own, my order was actually not placed when I thought it was. Even after figuring out it was my fault the wonderful staff here rushed my order through very fast, and were apologizing to me even though it was my fault. That’s not the type of service you get just anywhere. And the food? The Chicken Mandi was literally “fall off the bone” tender. The rice was cooked to perfection and you can tell their sauces are made fresh and in house. All of this for the most reasonably priced middle eastern food around. One thing is for sure, the Yemeni brothers and sisters who work here take pride in their work. 10/10 recommend.“

“The best for this venue. I didn't realize I thought it had reopen until I checked about 3 weeks ago I've been back twice
And the food is still very good. The denoned chicken is still the best flavored that I've ever found. No other restaurant seasoned this entree as well as they do in my opinion. Welcome back!“

“Saw a video about Amar Pizza today and decided to give it a try. Ordered the tandoori pizza and a ghost pizza. They recommended I do the tandoori as round and ghost as deep dish. Both were the right call, and I'm so glad to be able to try both styles.

I definitely recommend you give them a try!
I love spicy food and eat middle eastern and Indian often. I often order my food at the highest spice level at restaurants.

I would call this tandoori pizza mild to medium spice level. I loved the mix of the sweetness with a touch of spice. I think I would have enjoyed some cilantro on it. My wife and I really enjoyed the tandoori pizza.

The Ghost pizza might have been a medium+ in my opinion. Enough to feel a slight heat in my mouth. My wife doesn't enjoy the spice level as high but she ate a whole piece to try it. She thought it tasted very good but said it was a touch too spicy for her. She usually opts for mild to medium. I enjoyed this pizza very much.“

“What a great little gem. The food was amazing. Started with the chicken somosas with the green sauce.. fantastic the green sauce has a wonderful flavor and nice little kick. We got the butter chicken and the beef kala buna very yummy. The waitress was amazing very helpful with order and even given me a try on the amazing sweet treats they had there. Definitely a place to check out.“

“Been a long time since I’ve found a spot that gave me food worth my money. Everything seems to be shrinking, but the price. The deals here are definitely reasonable. The pizza here is pretty good. I ordered the XL Cheese Pizza w/ Garlic Butter Crust & Butter-Parm All Over as well as an XL Pepperoni.

Parking: Parking in Hamtramck is tricky. Respect the meters, cause they do have cameras. Don’t get a ticket in the mail.“
