“Went on a Monday night and it was busy which was a good sign. We were told there was a short wait and in under 5 minutes we were seated.

We had salt & vinegar wings, thai wings, po boy and a couple drinks. Food was very tasty, drinks were good and the staff and owners were friendly and efficient. Everything we wanted as we were looking for somewhere to grab food and drinks around 8 on a Monday. Will be back.“

“I was with a group of senior citizens from the Saint Clair Shores Senior Activity Center and we lunched at this location. I just have to give a shout out to Andre and Mike for the excellent service they rendered. There were 24 of us and you treated us very well. The food was good, but the service was outstanding. So I applaud the 2 of you and I will definitely be back again. Thank you so much.“

“I’ll be honest, I had really low expectations coming in but was pleasantly surprised! We ordered beef & broccoli, Singapore noodles, general tso’s chicken, hot & sour soup. We also had shrimp fried rice on the side and an egg roll.

- Egg roll was very good.
- Singapore noodles had good curry flavor. I added chicken and veggies to it. I did think that I would have to add more seasoning but didn’t need to at all.
- Beef and broccoli was fresh and good, bright flavor
- hot and sour soup was ok. If you’re really picky about this, it doesn’t have enough black vinegar or white pepper in it but it’s fine.
- general tsos was good, good flavor, minimal spice and a good crunch on the chicken

All in all would definitely order again. The online ordering system needs some improvement. I didn’t get an email confirmation or an estimate of how long it would take so I showed up about 20 mins after I placed the order and it was ready.“

“Everything was good. It was our first time there.. I don’t appreciate the fact that they write in the tip without telling you .I had to go back because I double tipped and nobody said anything . They let me do it without saying a word.. they should tell you that they’re adding the tip in before you pay the bill. I didn’t realize what I did until I got to my car. I had to go back and straighten it out at the restaurant. I have four kids under the age of five. It wasn’t easy for me to do this. When you’re at the table with four kids and you’re trying to pay the bill, you don’t have time to look at it to see that the tip was added in. I gave the Service five stars because I think it was good Service. I just don’t like the idea of that she knew that all this was going on ,and didn’t remind me they had already put the 20% in .“

“Last night we made a pilgrimage to Detroit for one reason only, to visit TAKOI. We had the 6 course chef’s choice menu (plus another few courses on the house). I had very high expectations, but the staff and food managed to exceed them. If anyone is ever in downtown Detroit. You MUST try Takoi!🍜🍲“

“GB’s is my #1 spot for vegan options. They also offer gluten free dough—and they’ve done a fabulous job recreating it people like me who have issues consuming gluten. The environment is laid back, easy & chill. And the view is spectacular on Michigan Ave. Grabbing a seat at the bar—no problem! You’ll be dazzled by the large selection of craft cocktails—that’s a view in it self! It tends to get crowded quick, so calling ahead or beating the crown is suggested but it’s sooo worth it. The variety of pizza options are many to choose from. And the staff are really personable & quick with service & a smile. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Tonight I attended a wedding at C & G and could not be more impressed, and also pissed at myself for not patronizing this welcoming restaurant sooner. I’m lactose intolerant and allergic to chicken. The staff was incredibly accommodating and gracious. This is not often a feeling I receive when bringing up food allergies. The food & drinks were so incredibly tasty and the views were unreal. The Train station, spires of St Anne’s and the Ambassador Bridge all in one shot. Turn to the left and you have the beautifully landscaped Roosevelt park to stroll through after enjoying the back porch. I’m so blown away, and so happy my friend finally got me here! “We tried the Detroit Pepper Company tonight, first time! We went with the Detroit Stuffed Pepper, beef with parmesan cheese. Very good taste, and huge. We also ordered the Vegan Stuffed Pepper, but we will have to try it tomorrow for lunch...too full from the Detroit Stuffed Pepper! We also tried the lentil bean soup, very nice. And my wife enjoyed the Mango Tastic smoothie:-) We're happy to learn about the Detroit Pepper Company, and we'll be back. Highly recommended. “I was highly impressed with this restaurant. It was one of the most memorable dining experiences I've had in awhile.

We enjoyed the incredible view and our delicious courses. The staff was very friendly and warm to us the moment we walked through the door. I am so sad the city is changing The Renaissance Center. At least I was able to go to the top before that takes place.“

“Fantastic beer coming out of the east side of the state! Watch out west side breweries. Great beer selection wirh brews that a consistent and varied. The IPAs are tasty and hoppy while the porters are robust and warming in the cooler months. Big, big fan of Elephant Juice and Sweater Weather - this combination covers my whole year. The brewery is a nice space, funky and welcoming. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, can't go wrong here.“

“Stopped here before a concert at LCA last night - obviously busy, but wait wasn’t bad at all and we were able to get a drink at the bar and wait outside. I wish I could remember our servers name, but she was absolutely stellar! She was super friendly, funny and quick despite having a large section on a busy night. Got the shrimp tacos (AMAZING and filling - has a perfect amount of “kick”) and my husband got the hot chicken sandwich (the one small bite I was allowed was phenomenal) overall 10/10 experience!“
