“A group of us made the quick walk over to Townhouse from the convention center. We were given the option to sit right away or wait a few minutes for a table to be cleared in the atrium. So glad we chose to wait. The atrium is beautiful! Our server, Diego, was fantastic and all his recommendations were hits at the table! He also was diligent about checking with the kitchen to ensure those in our parties with allergies/sensitivities were good with their food choices.“

“Tonight I attended a wedding at C & G and could not be more impressed, and also pissed at myself for not patronizing this welcoming restaurant sooner. I’m lactose intolerant and allergic to chicken. The staff was incredibly accommodating and gracious. This is not often a feeling I receive when bringing up food allergies. The food & drinks were so incredibly tasty and the views were unreal. The Train station, spires of St Anne’s and the Ambassador Bridge all in one shot. Turn to the left and you have the beautifully landscaped Roosevelt park to stroll through after enjoying the back porch. I’m so blown away, and so happy my friend finally got me here! We also ordered the Vegan Stuffed Pepper, but we will have to try it tomorrow for lunch...too full from the Detroit Stuffed Pepper! We also tried the lentil bean soup, very nice. A lot of restaurants downtown were either closed or had long waits, so I decided to give Vicente’s a try and I’m glad I did. The staff was very friendly, the food came out quickly, and the Pan Con Bistec was amazing. Shoutout to our server Abraham for being so accommodating. “Great service. Great food. We had the sausage/cheese platter, and their pretzels. Pretty tolerant of two Kentucky boys who hit the beer pretty hard the two nights we dropped in. “The girl at the register is very nice and pleasant on the phone. The pizza was fantastic but the menu online needs to be updated. Every pizza on the list increased 35-45% in price which equates to $6-7 extra per pizza. The large cheese pizza is $19 not $13 the pepperoni is $22 not $15.“
