They did our wedding cake, our grandparents anniversary cake, and every birthday and celebration in between. Today I had my kids sleeping in the car, and needed a last-minute Easter order. “Stopped by Ashby’s twice during my family’s short stay in Michigan!The first time my husband and I got their strawberry cheesecake ice cream in a cup. Very creamy and delicious! One scoop was enough for us both.The second time my husband and I got their Reese’s parfait which was highly recommended by my brother in laws cousin. It was his go-to at Ashby’s so we told him we wanted to try it as well. Let me say, it has ALOT of peanut butter. We were tasting it for days after! Honestly it was very good but just had a bit much peanut butter, I’d probably order the parfait with maybe some hot fudge swirled in next time to offset the strong peanut flavor.Service is pretty good! The first time we visited it was only us there so the wait wasn’t too long. But the second time was on the weekend and at night so everyone and their mama was there! The line was quite long and the wait was even longer. I could tell other customers were getting frustrated. But we didn’t mind it. We just sat down at the tables they had inside and waited for our order to be ready. Just know there could be a long wait if you go on peak times and days!Other than that I definitely recommend Ashby’s for some delicious ice cream!“
“So Sweet! What a great little treat. While driving around town, I decided to stop and grab a TCBY ice cream. Seeing as TCBY is very rare to find this day and age, I had to try it out for myself and see if the ice cream still lived up to my childhood memories. I ordered a cup of Vanilla ice cream with extra Sprinkles. After tasting the first bite, I was ecstatic! The ice cream was just how I remembered it when I was a kid. While a lot of businesses mix and match their flavors and ingredients, I could still taste the original, rich and smooth flavor that TCBY ice cream is known for. While having to wait just a few minutes in line, the staff quickly greeted me and offered to make me an ice cream. The interior is nice and clean and the staff was pleasant. Overall, I will definitely be back when I'm on this side of town.“

“I drive a long ways to get there ice cream. Especially the banana pudding ice cream. Oh my God, that is so good. And I drive a long ways to get that. I've not had the candy yet, but the candy looks like it's good to but I drive a long ways just to get that banana. Put in ice cream. The owner is a real friendly person. I always got a smile on his face. I was glad to see you. The wife too. Always glad to see somebody and I was gotta smile. A kind word. I highly recommend you to go down there and try that banana. “I got both my children birthday cakes from here and they were fabulous. They were so tasty and they was absolutely beautiful. I spoke with the young lady and told her exactly what my daughter liked and that she was a Swifty she quickly gave me a couple different ideals and my cake look fabulous. My daughter was super excited thank you guys so much I can’t wait until May so I can get my delicious ice cream cake from you guys also, everyone is so sweet and welcome in here. “Very good ice cream and polite service ? Drive through only.Parking: They have a drive through and a window that you walk up to for service. The parking lot is very small so most people go through the drive through or park on the side street or some people park in the school parking lot right next to it.“
“Came here for the 1st time a few weeks ago, and the line for drive thru was to the street (literally sitting in the street for several minutes) the custard is very very creamy, and the prices are so cheap. Got 5 custards and a quart to go and it was $20 ish. Very friendly staffUpdate, we still come to Wally's. It is definitely in our rotation of ice cream places to visit! they are open all year round , they open at 6:00 a.m. because they do have breakfast sandwiches, muffins, and some bagels. They do have weekly flavors other than their chocolate and vanilla custard, this week is orange, so orange vanilla twist it tasts just like a creamsicle! Definitely awesome custard and it is so creamy and delicious“
