Stopped by Ashby’s twice during my family’s short stay in Michigan!The first time my husband and I got their strawberry cheesecake ice cream in a cup. Very creamy and delicious! One scoop was enough for us both.The second time my husband and I got their Reese’s parfait which was highly recommended by my brother in laws cousin. Terrific ice cream with lots of flavor options. Good value for the price; a single scoop is quite a bit of ice cream here. Bring back the lemon cheesecake! It's the best! I do wish there was more seating inside.
