“I was looking for a sugar free ice cream shoppe and my nephews brought me here.This place has a nostalgic feel to it. The building looks like a little barn and is so cute. There’s both inside and outside areas for sitting. They do have food but our group only ordered ice cream.They offer hard pack and soft serve ice cream and there’s a lot of flavors to choose from.I ordered a sugar free Avalanche, which is like a Blizzard. The sugar free ice cream is all soft serve. My son ordered the hard packed butter pecan and loved it. He commented that it was some of the best ice cream he had.There’s areas for photos opportunities and benches that sit apart from the crowd.I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a cool treat.“
“We were happy as hell to see that our local DQ would be open thru the winter months. Our town of Harrison is limited on fastfood choices,not to mention Ice Cream Shops are countable on one hand. For years I, myself, have ventured to DQ not only for the soft serve ice cream, but for foot long chili dogs, barbecue sandwiches, and thick shakes of almost any flavor your heart desires.With that being said..... If you are going to own a national franchise, adopt their recipes and food choices, and of course make your menu visible to the entire universe via the World Wide Web......Remove the items that your store will Not be offering to your patrons. Nothing more frustrating than looking up a menu, finding your favorites, and ordering those items .... Just to be told we don't offer those items at this location.... Grrrr“
“I drive a long ways to get there ice cream. Especially the banana pudding ice cream. Oh my God, that is so good. And I drive a long ways to get that. I've not had the candy yet, but the candy looks like it's good to but I drive a long ways just to get that banana. Put in ice cream. The owner is a real friendly person. “I got both my children birthday cakes from here and they were fabulous. They were so tasty and they was absolutely beautiful. I spoke with the young lady and told her exactly what my daughter liked and that she was a Swifty she quickly gave me a couple different ideals and my cake look fabulous. “Very good ice cream and polite service ? Drive through only.Parking: They have a drive through and a window that you walk up to for service. The parking lot is very small so most people go through the drive through or park on the side street or some people park in the school parking lot right next to it.“
“Came here for the 1st time a few weeks ago, and the line for drive thru was to the street (literally sitting in the street for several minutes) the custard is very very creamy, and the prices are so cheap. Got 5 custards and a quart to go and it was $20 ish. Very friendly staffUpdate, we still come to Wally's. It is definitely in our rotation of ice cream places to visit! they are open all year round , they open at 6:00 a.m. because they do have breakfast sandwiches, muffins, and some bagels. “The only time I'm able to come is in the afternoon, but for awhile I stopped coming because the environment has felt unwelcoming and honestly I got mean girl vibes. I've been coming back consistently over the past few months and I can say the environment is a whole lot better. The staff seem happier, they have, fun, and they are so professional for their age it's insane. There is a manager named Tess that has interacted with her staff in a way that I wished a manager has treated my kids when they were in high school. She teaches without judgement, she listens, and every time I come she's helping and always moving. I really believe that the change in environment is because of her. Great hire Crumbl!
