I spoke with the young lady and told her exactly what my daughter liked and that she was a Swifty she quickly gave me a couple different ideals and my cake look fabulous. “Came here for the 1st time a few weeks ago, and the line for drive thru was to the street (literally sitting in the street for several minutes) the custard is very very creamy, and the prices are so cheap. Got 5 custards and a quart to go and it was $20 ish. Very friendly staffUpdate, we still come to Wally's. It is definitely in our rotation of ice cream places to visit! they are open all year round , they open at 6:00 a.m. because they do have breakfast sandwiches, muffins, and some bagels. They do have weekly flavors other than their chocolate and vanilla custard, this week is orange, so orange vanilla twist it tasts just like a creamsicle! “I love me some Country Dairy. Their ice cream is so creamy, delicious and airy?. Country Dairy is easy on your pockets, they give you plenty of ice cream and they are family friendly. I've tried other ice cream shops in St.clair shores and they were "just ok" . However, I need better than, just ok. Country Dairy does that for me.“

“A beautiful concept nestled into the heart of downtown. Yesterday was cold and rainy, shopped around all the department stores and stumbles onto this gem. A small shop with small batch broth to help soothe the brutal cold. What an idea to serve soup in the winter and ice cream in the summer. The server was friendly and helpful too. He couldn't tell me how long it would take for the pretzels would be ready, so it felt a bit dismissive. Other places give me an estimate, even before I ask. I was craving a pretzel, so I went back hours later. The pretzels were ready and the person was a lot friendlier. The pretzels were not as good as a NYC vendor's pretzel, yet still good. The menu is brief, but has some good burger and other options, and obviously ice cream and shakes, although we had an event and couldn't get any. We got a "normal" burger and a spicy one, and both were very good. The patties could use a little seasoning, but they were nice and juicy. The buns and toppings are also very good. One scoop was enough for us both.The second time my husband and I got their Reese’s parfait which was highly recommended by my brother in laws cousin. It was his go-to at Ashby’s so we told him we wanted to try it as well. Let me say, it has ALOT of peanut butter. We were tasting it for days after! Honestly it was very good but just had a bit much peanut butter, I’d probably order the parfait with maybe some hot fudge swirled in next time to offset the strong peanut flavor.Service is pretty good! The first time we visited it was only us there so the wait wasn’t too long. But the second time was on the weekend and at night so everyone and their mama was there!
