Get the oreo milkshake or any milkshake in general it is the absolute BEST! I love there ice cream it's very good especially for a hot summer day. Burks igloo is an amazing ice cream shop, offering a variety of ice creams and flavors. DEFINITELY go try them out!!

The ice cream Is incredible. The service is fast and efficient. There's hardly any wait time on ice cream orders. I've never had a bad experience here.

Burk's Igloo is a nice little tucked away ice cream place with lots of menu choices and a true Hamtramck favorite. The flavors are rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious, making every bite worth it. The staff is very nice and the customer service is amazing, with friendly and polite service that adds to the experience. Popular items include fried mushrooms, chicken wings, cheese burgers, dipped cherry cones, and some of the best Sunday’s ever. They also offer milkshakes, although some flavors might be a bit washed down. Despite long lines on hot days, the young staff remains fast and friendly. Burk's Igloo stays open late most nights until 9-10 pm and doesn’t close for the season until October, making it a neighborhood gem that brings everybody together.
