This place is great for a quick snack, especially on a hot summer day! They switch out their ice flavors regularly, so there will always be something new to try. They also have flavored popcorn and other snacks. The servers at the counter were kind and patient while my kid decided what flavor she wanted. They all sounded tasty! We tried several flavors. I went twice in 1 day, since the pretzels were not ready. So the service was ok during that visit. He couldn't tell me how long it would take for the pretzels would be ready, so it felt a bit dismissive. Other places give me an estimate, even before I ask. I was craving a pretzel, so I went back hours later. The pretzels were ready and the person was a lot friendlier. The pretzels were not as good as a NYC vendor's pretzel, yet still good.
