Very friendly staff! I was just a little bummed when the cup wasn’t filled all the way up to the top. Usually there’s an amazing amount of icecream. The icecream was a tad bit warm as well. The freezers need to be checked on.
Been to a lot of franchise as I travel a lot and this is the worst should have read the reviews first all the ice cream was soft like the freezer not cooling properly watch a worker use her fingers to scrape some kind of cream off a spoon dirty pans all over the worst is pieces of different ice cream mix with other ice cream definitely would not recommend until the owners care enough to get the staff better training.
