Very friendly staff! I was just a little bummed when the cup wasn’t filled all the way up to the top. Usually there’s an amazing amount of icecream. The icecream was a tad bit warm as well. The freezers need to be checked on.

Been to a lot of franchise as I travel a lot and this is the worst should have read the reviews first all the ice cream was soft like the freezer not cooling properly watch a worker use her fingers to scrape some kind of cream off a spoon dirty pans all over the worst is pieces of different ice cream mix with other ice cream definitely would not recommend until the owners care enough to get the staff better training. I only gave a 2 star because despite all that, even though the shake was too watery, it did still have that great cold stone taste.

Pretty standard cold stone if you've had the other locations. They're one of the few dessert / ice cream places in Detroit that are open later, so it's a go to for my friends and I as a late night snack run. They can have a bit longer wait times, but they usually hook it up for the portions.

Why do y’all have all of these kids working here who don’t know how to greet guests, or multitask. All of these employees, yet it still took me 15 minutes to get two small, overly priced shakes. I drive all the way here for this lack of good service? Thanks, but no thanks.

Lazy staff, wouldn't make a shake 20 mins before closing. I guess it too hard to wash off a blender.. I'd suggest McDonald's before here!!

Service wasn't great, I ordered my three sons 3 like it bowls and me a love it by the time my son's were finishing up their ice cream mine still hadn't been made. The worker tried to give me the last unportioned crumbs of cake and I asked if there were more... Aftera couple of minutes if waiting I just paid for my son's ice cream and left. The store smelled like dirty mop yet, the floor was filthy. It was at least five employees there and not really presentable.
I’m happy as long as the service is good and it was great. Young man was very polite and made it just like I requested.

Skip this location. It’s small, dirty, and the employees need to be retrained. Also, since its location is downtown, there is no suitable parking. I’m not sure how this placed has remained open for this long but it needs to be shut down or overhauled.

They do not wear gloves here & take 30 minutes for an order even if you placed it well before arriving. Would not recommend!! No sanitation guidelines are followed. PS the order is not started until you arrive(:

Ordered online for delivery - they added sprinkles in my ice cream (without my request), and the cookie dough that was supposed to come in the ice cream was not there, and it was melted. Called to report it and the cashier stated that I was wrong and there were no sprinkles added. How am I wrong when I’m sitting here looking at the ice cream in my hand? Sprinkles were mixed in - and it was intentional that it was added. If I got it delivered, it is clear that I do not have the transportation to get up there - they said I had to come up there to get the problem solved and could ask to rewind cameras. Terrible customer service overall.
