Truly, THIS Five Guys location, was the best my family has eaten at. Tasty, quality, and well done overall. We are from Indiana where our Five Guys is soggy, sloppy, and taste like nothing special. This one showed us that it was not the franchise, but the location. Great job to the staff at this location too, the African American woman with the "locks" that took our order, was EXTREMELY nice, friendly, patient, and professional.
Diane was A1 and due for a raise, she was the perfect example for customer service, she was patient for our party of 3 all w/special needs, she cleaned our table and took our order! The guy working w/her that day was a great support but the other 2 females were quite obnoxious and so negative that ii wouldn't ordinarily trust to handle my food.
