Absolutely horrible during a pandemic. The woman serving me had her mask below her nose. I watched her "wash" her hands which involved simply wetting them and then offer to serve me without gloves. I asked if she could please use gloves to which she YELLED at me, "What do you think ot is we do here?! Comin in here asking me to use gloves." I said that I simply wanted to make sure to which she continued to yell at me about how ridiculous I was to even ask. I just left after this...read full review

Chad was great! The poor guy was working all by himself with a line out the door and online orders coming in. He kept his composure under a stressful situation with so many customers. He greeted everyone that walked in and kept the sandwich making moving. I am sure many others would have walked off the job having been in his shoes. Subway should thank their lucky stars they have him as an employee.

Had the bread out unguarded.. people legit touch it or sneeze on it ... the girl was nice but super stressed out , she was the only one there and getting overwhelmed...then seems like she was very new and untrained I felt bad for her ... she cut my wrap in a way everything fell out ... this subway also wasnt running the new 5 dollar promotion everyone else is ... pop machine also need to be changed
