I placed an online order at 11:33am for pickup at 12 and I arrived at 12:10pm to give a few more mins to make sure order was ready and I'm still here waiting and it's 12:45pm. I have seen triple people order food at the counter and receive their food. What is the hold up. No happy at all. Waiting on rice is what I keep getting told. My lunch is only 30 min so I ordered early to prevent being late. Not happy.
Great food always!!!! Great service too. This is a regular place for us. Will continue to come back.
Cassandra the cashier was professional and the food is always amazing

Based on the reviews, Bucharest Grill on Northwestern Highway offers a mixed experience. The restaurant is described as having great people and a clean environment, with staff who are pleasant and attentive. However, the atmosphere is noted as poor because the music is really loud and echoes off the walls badly. Some customers find the food to be just ok, with issues like cold hummus and chicken and slightly overcooked chicken in the Chicken Shawarma Salad. On the other hand, the Hummus with Vegetables is a standout item and considered the best healthy option in metro Detroit. The Grape Leaves have great flavor but a mushy filling. The wraps are always well put together and delicious. While some have had rude experiences with a manager who cut them off, others have had a beautiful experience and will return. Consistency varies depending on who prepares the food. Despite some minor issues, many would give this location another try.
