Sweetwater Express is a restaurant that serves fresh and delicious food, though the quality can be inconsistent. The atmosphere is not particularly inviting, and some staff members can be standoffish. However, certain servers are known for their exceptional service and friendly demeanor. The restaurant is praised for its seasoned chicken, bleu cheese, dried cherries, and pecans, as well as its overall flavor and taste. While the restaurant has room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and staff responsiveness, it is considered a good value for the price.
