Food is usually pretty quick. This location only seems to have 1 or 2 people working, even where there is a line during peak times. It seems that the workers are stressed and overwhelmed. As far as the food, my food is always great. Depending on the worker though, I sometimes get a blizzard that is almost ALL vanilla with no topping past the top layer.
