If I were to give this a Taco Bell exclusive rating, a 4. Cleaniness is good, for light staff, WAY faster than most Taco Bells I've been that were standalone, and tacos aren't overstuffed with toppings with low meat out of laziness.
For a Taco Bell, the quality was consistent and the service was faster than most free standing ones I've visited. If you need a quick bite, and you like Taco Bell, you'll be satisfied. The power bowl is a good choice too.
