They brought out a complimentary plate of nachos, which were a delight. Two options for salsa; I mixed the two for a perfect balance. And they give a 10% discount for OU students! The atmosphere is also great, with traditional Mexican music in the background.Vegetarian options: They are open to making just about any dish vegetarian. It was just perfect. But Zowati(?) is absolutely phenomenal, I don't even remember the last time I received such intentional, thoughtful, and considerate service at a restaurant counter. As someone who's worked in restaurants for years, from Chipotle to fine dining, I highly highly value strong customer service skills and she most certainly had them!! Most places like this, if they run low on an ingredient they just scrape the bottom of the pan and give you the scraps.? Behavior like that is precisely how I became a Qdoba fan after being a lifelong Chipotle fanatic. I needed double chicken on my bowl and burrito, and she actually WENT THROUGH THE TROUBLE to go grab fresh protein once the container ran low. She was attentive, lively, and fun. Made me laugh (not an easy feat) and made a mundane experience memorable and enjoyable!! She is amazing, please reward her because you don't get this kind of service ANYWHERE anymore post covid. “Kid-friendliness: Drinks were out when we got there, equipment was fixed ordered a drink and got 2 for free, also screwed up my order on the stupid kiosk but got it replaced at no extra charge. In a time when everything is expensive the went above and beyond“

With a big smile, told us to enjoy the food. Never seen this type of service in any Taco Bell. It is on Black Friday and with big crowd, they were getting lot of orders, despite that, great to get this service.“

“At first glance everything seems to be on the expensive side but the food was delicious and everything tasted fresh. The tortilla chips were fried to perfection and the cilantro fries were amazing with the dipping sauces they came with (we tried the chimichurri and the chipotle ranch). The mini churros was a nice way to end the meal and my leftovers were just as good the second day. We will be back again for sure!“
“Carryout is SO FAST! I order online often and the drive thru is SO convenient and my order is always ready within the 5 minute drive it takes me to get there. Excellent and consistently good. The chips are fresh and include a large bag, fish and avocado tacos are always great as well. The house marg is good also“
“The salsa is perfect! Fresh and perfectly spiced. I ordered the seafood ceviche with a mix of fish and shrimp and it was delicious. The fish was very fresh tasting and it was quite a large serving. The carne asada tacos were great. The shells were great,easy to bite and not too flavorful, the meat was tender but a bit too charred on the outside and the salsa served with the tacos was great when it was put on the taco.“

We had the fajitas and a combo dish, along with margaritas. A great dining experience where the atmosphere is cool and friendly, the staff is responsive, and the food and drinks are authentic Mexican fare. So close to home! We will be back… a lot!“
