“I work near by and stop by frequently. FRIENDLY-ISH customer service (they sometimes assume you should know the menu as well whe as them?) GREAT food options. But the quality varies. And so does the wait times. Not the most efficient. Will I come back YES, AND recommend YES. “First time trying this place, and I was shocked by the amazing customer service and fast order delivery since some of the comments online weren't what you'd like to hear when looking for somewhere to eat. However, it was the opposite of what I expected. The food was delicious and quickly delivered. Adding on, the manager had everything organised and under control.I am definitely going to be visiting it regularly and recommending it to my family!!“

“Best burgers in Michigan, and I mean that!Compared to more expensive burgers at steakhouses and family run Pubs in the area, they still win. Everything from the perfect buns to the fresh meat, everything is delicious.I’ve tried several versions, but my favorites are the Detroit Coney and the Truffle burgers.I crave their chili cheese fries, even though all fries are waffle cut they’re almost better that way. I wish they had more options for sides but the burgers really shine. They even have a pretzel bun option.Recently I moved closer, but previously had them Doordashed over to Shelby. It’s very convenient to have them down the street!“

“The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for atmosphere is because it was freezing cold in the dining room. If there was an issue with the furnace, they should have posted a note on the door, giving people an option as to whether or not they wanted to dine in.“

“I didn't eat inside, went through the drive-thru. I had the Walleye which came with fries, coleslaw and a dinner roll. I had to wait a few minutes for my food, but when I got home, it was still warm. I really liked that they did not put the coleslaw, tartar sauce and butter in the same bag as the hot food.“

“The product is always good. Except, the man (who I believe is the owner if I'm not mistaken) who took my order made me feel slightly uncomfortable. I had 2 items in my order, I didn't even get done with ordering my first item and he was already rushing me to the total. And as I continued ordering. He made a comment saying "oh. I didn't hear you say that". Because he didn't even give me the chance to finish ordering...I also overhead the convo with the car he had in front of me as well as the vehicle behind me in the drive thru line, and the man just isn't pleasant to speak to and probably shouldn't be taking customers orders.“

“Me and my daughter thought all the steak and shakes were closed until we discovered there was a steak and shake open when she looked up food places nearby. We were so happy to see that this location was open while we were shopping at great lakes crossing!! We got 2 burgers 2 fries and 2 drinks. Everything was hot, fresh, delicious and priced right!! “The last 3 orders at Culvers drive thru, each time other cars behind me have received their food and I had to go in and request my order. The last order on 2/7/24 waited 25 minutes Twice the manager stated the charges for food would be reversed on my card due to the long wait but it never happens. Very poor service from Culvers employees and manager.“
