“My first time coming here in a long time and I decided to go to the drive-thru because I wanted to get a chocolate milkshake. But I was informed that they only had Carmel. Well when I went up to the drive-thru they couldn't find my order in the computer so the employee told the manager and the manager ended up giving me the shake on the house. Not only was I pleasantly surprised I didn't expect that but I ended up coming in the following couple days later and bought a burger and a shake. They made me a fan just by that simple polite gesture. Thanks guys.“
