It took 10 minutes minimum to even order. When I pulled up there was 4 cars ahead of me. When I finally reached the speaker I waited another 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge me. Horrible wait time. No napkins, no ketchup and cold cold fries. Not great at all.
Did not listen to what I ordered and when I tried to explain that when getting my food the lady yelled at me. I don’t have time for that I’ve got two hungry children in the car that had to share a happy meal bc they didn’t listen to me and the fries I barely got but 6 fries in the happy

I just want to say the mcdonalds on walton in pontiac is ammazzing every time Ive gone there the food is made fresh and hot and they fill their fries. My family diffently rates you five stars! Keep doing what your doing. Im spreading the good word!
