My grandson and I went there and I didn't have my purse with me but he had a roll of quarters. I was told they couldn't take them because they have been ripped off. Ok so open them and count them. I left the food and the drive thru. I called and talked to a manager and she pretty much wouldn't listen to me. When I told her I was going to write a bad review she said she didn't care. I also told her I was going to Facebook this and she started screaming at me. Worst service ever. If you know my grandson you know he drops money at McDonald's allot. It's his favorite fast food. The MANAGER was very rude.

It took 10 minutes minimum to even order. When I pulled up there was 4 cars ahead of me. When I finally reached the speaker I waited another 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge me. Horrible wait time. No napkins, no ketchup and cold cold fries. Not great at all.

Came here for coffee before work and there was a rude fat black lady with a little ponytail walking around. She seen me at the counter and I stood there for 5 minutes asking her how do I put in my order she ignored me and walked away. Then came back 5 minutes later asking me if I need to order. Then told me to use the kiosk. She is very rude and unprofessional. I see why she’s 50 and working fast food. That’s all she’ll ever qualify for with a attitude like that.

They should have never remodeled this location. The inside is not welcoming or inviting. Took away the self-serve fountain drink machine. The order was wrong and the food was cold.
I ordered the medium size big mac meal minus the diced onions and lettuce. It was very good at this McDonald's. I typically request 'cook to order' to make sure it is fresh or the closest thing too. I recommend this McDonald's store. Keep up the good
