The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better...read full review
Person that drive through window was ruled shakes with Messy dripping off off the cups just a horrible service like she had a attitude like we irritated her know I should have been irritated with ice cream running down my cups on my hands
I can only comment on the food as it was a quick stop but it was really great food.
