Me and my daughter thought all the steak and shakes were closed until we discovered there was a steak and shake open when she looked up food places nearby. We were so happy to see that this location was open while we were shopping at great lakes crossing!! We got 2 burgers 2 fries and 2 drinks. Everything was hot, fresh, delicious and priced right!! We would travel all the way back here just for the food and service!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!! Keep up the great work!!

Pop taste like mildew. What happened to food inspections? The pop taste horrible like the pop machine has backed up mildew and bacterias. The city health department need to fo better. Disgusting and unsanitary.

I don’t understand why we don’t have more of these, and even closer to me. The shakes are amazing, including having a straw designed for the task. I really like the new digital kiosks, which make it easy to ponder the menu, make customizations without holding anyone up. I especially appreciated the complimentary oyster crackers with the chili. The inside and outside could use a really good deal clean and freshen up, but hey, not complaining at all. Price was right, too.Kid-friendliness: Milkshakes = kid friendly.

Don’t let this place turn your impression of Steak ‘n Shake. They don’t cook the patties right they are just grey, not crispy. Go down south more and they make a mean crispy burger the way it should be. This place is absolutely terrible. But it’s not the workers, it’s manager/corporate not making sure the burgers are cooked properly. What a shame this place represents the otherwise awesome chain.
