I ordered a large sub and a medium fry and had to take half of both home they were so large. Only complaint was nearly every table looked dirty like they hadn't been wiped down in a while.“

“I have Celiac Disease and have to be careful where and what i eat. I came in 11-26-19 and asked about their protocol and was assured they would be careful. I order my wife's regular wrap then my GF Philly Steak. I wish I knew the girls names that were there in the afternoon , but the one on the grill said it was the prettiest Philly Steak she had ever made...lol. “I go to this location every so often and generally they’re okay. The last couple visits they have messed up my order and unfortunately I haven’t returned since. They forgot the cheese in my sandwich both times. I did not call because going back to correct the order was not worth my time. Very disappointing though, the sandwich did not taste the same.“

“Sandwiches are somewhat inconsistent. I had two GREAT BLTs (5 stars) over the past week and then I dropped by today grabbing two giant BLTs ($30) for my brother and I. We get home and start eating and both look over at each other at the same time: Something tastes off. After opening the sandwich we see that the tomatoes are more green then red (see photo) and the lettuce tastes rancid as though it's been sitting on a counter in the sun for the past few days. Absolutely inedible. However thankful the staff were understanding and did issue a refund. I look forward to more (hopefully better) sandwiches in the future.“

“It's been a few years since I've stepped foot into a Jimmy John's. With that said I'm so happy I did. I was amazed at the updating to the restaurant (Location Moved) and the menu changes. Of course the old favorites are still there along with a few new ones to boot. They have really wicked (good) sides and the chips are amazing. My sub was made to perfection and yes it was freaky fast and definitely freaky good. I would recommend Jimmy John's to anyone who wants a sub and has very little time to hassle around. Also remember to use the app. It saves big time and earn awesome rewards. Overall a positive experience the few times I've been back so I know it's not a fluke but truly an awesomely run and managed franchise.

One young African American girl and one African American young man and possibly Hawaiian or Samoan young man. And I'm sorry if i got that wrong. But they deserve to be recognized. Always so kind and professional and I will only let them make my sandwich because they always follow the the amount that is supposed to go on my sandwich. Which is the #11 Club so good. And when i ask for 50% more meat always spot on. As for the others especially the two young guy's I refuse to let them prepare my food always rude and never follow company standards of the amount of meat on sandwiche. So five star's for the three I mentioned earlier. However the other two I'd give 2 star's and that's being generous.“

He is by far the most positive, uplifting and enthusiastic person I have ever met in my entire life.
