“I tried really hard to find Google reviews for this restaurant but I could not locate it so I will leave my review here. I'm a little late but I'll keep my promise. My boyfriend and I had lunch here yesterday and it was such a nice experience. The '80s and '90s theme is so cool! and the girl behind the counter who took our order was as sweet as could be. I wish I couldn't remember the name of the store owner, and I should have written it down, but what a genuine nice guy! The food was superior! I had the chicken and bacon ranch wrap which was so large that I had to take half of it with me. My boyfriend's Ringo Burger was so delicious and so fresh tasting. We also had the cajun fries and he generously offered a cup of French onion soup for us to try. All I can say is delicious! I would definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back again! “I recently went to this location being my second time and I must say customer service was extremely excellent. Food was fresh and tasted great ! I even asked for xtra garlic spread once my order was ready they were soooo nice they charge after I tried to pay for it !!!! Building was very clean and just spelled like grandmas kitchen you that heavenly smell when you walk into a restaurant and the food just smells good I past up 2 other bellacinos to come here and I’m glad I found them !!!“

His attitude, professionalism, and customer service truly stand out. Someone seriously needs to give this man a raise or a promotion because he genuinely deserves it.

I also want to give a special shoutout to SAID! He made our experience even more enjoyable. He was incredibly sweet, kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. He made my friends and me feel comfortable and truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. “I have Celiac Disease and have to be careful where and what i eat. I came in 11-26-19 and asked about their protocol and was assured they would be careful. I order my wife's regular wrap then my GF Philly Steak. I wish I knew the girls names that were there in the afternoon , but the one on the grill said it was the prettiest Philly Steak she had ever made...lol. At any rate, it was delicious and best of all no issues. Thank you so much and I will be back...soon!!!“

“I give this place 5 stars today strictly because of the guy with the braids on the grill. Seemed like he was the only one actually working had about 10 subs on the grill while everybody else was talking to customers about misc. we had to wait 20 minutes or so because of this and it was not his fault he was doing great and was the only one to apologize for the wait when he’s the only reason it got done. “😍Awhile back Bob's daughter Shelly Belcher brought up Jersey Mike's sub up from Newark. I fell in love with them. So we tried there store on Whipple in Canton. Just delicious. We also tried New Philadelphia and one up by Kent VA Infusion center. They didn't live up to Cantons. When you ask for extra tomato and spices they failed. Come on two extra slices of tomato. Nope. Just stopped at Canton today and they give you more tomatoes. Thank you Jersey Mike's for best sandwich we have ever had.“

It’s hard to get nice people now a days people are so mean. i was waiting to be helped and this guy came in rushed over and helped me right away at 4:08 pm on july 23. Thank you. I came from a 14 hr shift, i had a really bad headache and i just wanted to eat and sleep. He treated me with respect and if you ever see this i thank you so much and i hope he gets recognized for this review because he truly deserves something. “Honestly, I had given up on Subway. It’s weird to me that the only place that you watch them make your food. Somehow they always care less. Always sloppy thrown together falling apart. I actually found this subway on accident. The guy was extremely nice. The place was extremely clean and he made my sandwich like he actually gave a crap. I know it’s only a sandwich, but I’m genuinely tired of wasting my money and not being happy with what I’m getting out of it.“

“Workers were very friendly and the sandwich was hot and fresh. I didn’t realize until after I paid for it that they use white American cheese versus the provolone. The difference in cheese dramatically changes how it tastes and I didn’t like it. I hope the other locations don’t do this.“

“Shout out to Maya and Gracie at for the amazing customer service and support with my orders. My first experience with Penn Station and a glitch in the system lost my online order. Maya took the time to hand write out the order and make sure it was correct. The second experience my sandwich was not made correctly, something that wouldn't normally be a big deal but for someone who has food allergies it can be. Grace made sure that it was remade correctly even made a note on the ticket. These lady's went above and beyond to make things right along with their coworkers. (my apologies if their names are not spelled correctly)“

“It was recommended that I try this Subway because of quality and friendly- fast service. I wasn't disappointed. The staff was nice, fast and courteous. I got there around 11:45 a.m. and was on my way within minutes with two separate orders. The food was great. I asked for the works and I could barely close the sandwich.
