She has a positive attitude enjoys her customers and making sure things are correct! I'm new to area but I will not go to any other Subway but this one. “Order through DoorDash, When delivery arrived there was some confusion on the pesto pasta. I called the store to confirm the order since looking at the order it was only a cup not a “bowl to which I want” not a cup. Called the store and their response was “They only do pesto bowel generally for catering and it was their first notice that DoorDash offers bowls.” The delivery driver had to do a 2nd run really quick to fix the order to which the person was very respectful and polite after returning with the correct order. Though I felt bad not knowing they closed shop at 9pm. ? Im truck driver and wanted extra leftovers for tomorrow work. Kudos to Jimmy John’s staff and their driver.“

“I called ahead before ordering for the first time to ask if they had halal food what followed is a wonderful conversation with their employee funny enough who was also named Ali Ive never had a such a wonderful interaction with a restaurant before and I very quickly learned why they have been in business for so long like I said in the phone call Inshallah you guys will be open for another 25 years!

“I will be honest, I didn't get to try the food as it was cash only. However, the man running the place was willing to just let me have the sandwich and pay him back layer and if I hadn't been from out of town and unsure when I'd ever be able to, I would have taken him up on the offer! Great service and a place I look forward to getting to try sometime in the near future!“

“I had the new Portabella Mushroom & Swiss sub tonight and it was GOOD. The mushrooms were not overwhelmed by the cheese and the portion size was enough to be filling. I'm looking forward to having this as a new lunch option.“
