She was the only employee working during the lunch rush, yet she managed to keep the line moving while still making every customer feel welcomed and valued.
This Subway is located inside a hospital. I was there while my mother was having surgery and decided to stop in for lunch. I'm so glad I did.

“Ordered online from Allen Park at 6:05. Email states ordered would be ready at 6:25. Arrived at 6:28 and ordered wasn’t even started yet! They said they were busy. I should have been next since I was in the store but they continued to wait on everyone else and then waited on me! I tip 20% for carry out and since service didn’t warrant a tip, I want that refunded. Wrong bread on my sub was wrong, no big deal. Still good sub. I’m upset due to the fact of what is the point of ordering online if the order “doesn’t jump the line?”. Won’t happen again.EDIT: I talked to Brenda the manager and she was apologetic and offered me a remake of my order. She explained it was a new employee and he wasn’t familiar with the online orders and there was a call off that night. I appreciate the honesty and will visit this location again.“

“I tried really hard to find Google reviews for this restaurant but I could not locate it so I will leave my review here. I'm a little late but I'll keep my promise. My boyfriend and I had lunch here yesterday and it was such a nice experience. The '80s and '90s theme is so cool! and the girl behind the counter who took our order was as sweet as could be. I wish I couldn't remember the name of the store owner, and I should have written it down, but what a genuine nice guy! The food was superior! I had the chicken and bacon ranch wrap which was so large that I had to take half of it with me. My boyfriend's Ringo Burger was so delicious and so fresh tasting. We also had the cajun fries and he generously offered a cup of French onion soup for us to try. All I can say is delicious! I would definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back again! “Very spacious, nice servers and the food was good. One of the issues I have had with some Bucharest grills is they put way too much grease on the food but this wasn't too bad. My cousin likes to get the shawarma and empty the contents onto his fries and then eat the bread separately. I thought that was pretty interesting.“

Bar none they were the best corned beef sandwiches we have ever eaten... the meat was tender and stacked high, the coleslaw was a perfect balance, and something simple like the grilled bread was nice and crispy. I let them know that I couldn't have cheese on my sub and the man beautiful the counter asked if it was an allergy and I replied yes. He proceeded to clean the grill for me and the lady got a clean knife to cut the subs with to ensure my sub was free if any dairy.
