“Was there a couple days ago around lunchtime, they were very busy and Gabby was holding down the fort by herself like a rockstar. She was kind and friendly to everyone who walked in and assured everyone that she would be with them as soon as she could!“

“Ordered online from Allen Park at 6:05. Email states ordered would be ready at 6:25. Arrived at 6:28 and ordered wasn’t even started yet! They said they were busy. I should have been next since I was in the store but they continued to wait on everyone else and then waited on me! I tip 20% for carry out and since service didn’t warrant a tip, I want that refunded. Wrong bread on my sub was wrong, no big deal. Still good sub. I’m upset due to the fact of what is the point of ordering online if the order “doesn’t jump the line?”. Won’t happen again.EDIT: I talked to Brenda the manager and she was apologetic and offered me a remake of my order. She explained it was a new employee and he wasn’t familiar with the online orders and there was a call off that night. I appreciate the honesty and will visit this location again.“

“I tried really hard to find Google reviews for this restaurant but I could not locate it so I will leave my review here. I'm a little late but I'll keep my promise. My boyfriend and I had lunch here yesterday and it was such a nice experience. The '80s and '90s theme is so cool! and the girl behind the counter who took our order was as sweet as could be. I wish I couldn't remember the name of the store owner, and I should have written it down, but what a genuine nice guy! The food was superior! I had the chicken and bacon ranch wrap which was so large that I had to take half of it with me. My boyfriend's Ringo Burger was so delicious and so fresh tasting. We also had the cajun fries and he generously offered a cup of French onion soup for us to try. All I can say is delicious! I would definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back again! “In Detroit for 2 nights and was looking for a spot to eat around my hotel - luckily I found Bucharest through Google Maps. The food was really good - I got the salad with chicken shawarma - the portion was insane! I didn’t take a picture but there was so much chicken (and I got the “small” size) It was really tasty and juicy and with the side of garlic sauce it really hit my cravings. The bartender (I sat at the bar) was super nice, friendly and awesome yet respectful and in general everyone out here seemed really welcoming. Prices were very fair and affordable (got 2 drinks as well)

“I have been placing large group orders of around 100 sandwiches for high school debate tournaments hosted at Wayne State for several years. I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent customer service and quality of the food we receive every time. I send the owner a fairly complicated spreadsheet, and he bags the sandwiches by school for me to make distribution much easier for me. Each order is marked and 100% accurate. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. I place similar orders at different universities several times a year, and this is the ONLY place that is consistent and accurate. It's a true pleasure dealing with this location.“

“Been looking for a good veggie sub in Windsor Essex for a while. In the gta McKay's was my goto as it was hard for others to compete with at the time a 6$ 12 inch veggie that was loaded up. Well we bought these with the recent promos and I must say these taste amazing. My whole family loves the vegetarian sub here. Wish the prices were a little less but thankfully the promos help. The staff and location have been amazing. Always clean and super polite.“

I I wept tears of mayonnaise on my second visit it was really disappointing...
The latest tasted old and the meat was no longer piled high.
This felt like a sloppy depression era sub... Mick like subway...
Sounds good but doesn't always taste good.
Don't worry though the third time will be a charm. We hope.
The romance is back on and we are feeling frisky for a sub.

“I don’t come here often, but when i do it’s always great. I’ve never had a bad sub or a bad experience here. These people treat their customers with upmost respect and it’s very heart warming. It’s hard to get nice people now a days people are so mean. i was waiting to be helped and this guy came in rushed over and helped me right away at 4:08 pm on july 23. Thank you. I came from a 14 hr shift, i had a really bad headache and i just wanted to eat and sleep. He treated me with respect and if you ever see this i thank you so much and i hope he gets recognized for this review because he truly deserves something. Thank you for making me smile and just being a decent human being to me. You never know what someone’s going through. Shawarma was mid, the chicken was dry, the owner didn't put fries in the sandwich even though I told him to 3x. The pickles were decent, not enough toum.

The fries (he put them in the side) however were amazing. They are exactly like McDonald's fries. I would say even these were the best fries with shawarma I ever had.

Therefore, shawarma was kinda cheeks but overall places claps generally speaking.“
