50 Best Sandwich Shops near Riverview

“I stopped by the Riverview location today. When they asked about my day, I told them my wife was in labor today and requested Jersey Mikes when she was given permission to eat some lunch. The employee making my sandwich then told his manager and the manager generously comped our sandwiches and wished us luck. I appreciate a business that goes the extra mile to connect with customers.“

“Very good! Best subs around and friendly fast service.“

“I tried really hard to find Google reviews for this restaurant but I could not locate it so I will leave my review here. I'm a little late but I'll keep my promise. My boyfriend and I had lunch here yesterday and it was such a nice experience. The '80s and '90s theme is so cool! and the girl behind the counter who took our order was as sweet as could be. I wish I couldn't remember the name of the store owner, and I should have written it down, but what a genuine nice guy! The food was superior! I had the chicken and bacon ranch wrap which was so large that I had to take half of it with me. My boyfriend's Ringo Burger was so delicious and so fresh tasting. We also had the cajun fries and he generously offered a cup of French onion soup for us to try. All I can say is delicious! I would definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back again! Thank you for such a pleasant experience and your food is amazing! Jamie & Jimmy“

“I had a great experience at the Subway on Allen Road in Woodhaven! Gabby and Lily provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. They were friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was prepared exactly the way I wanted it.

The restaurant was clean, the ingredients were fresh, and the quality of the food was excellent. My sandwich was made with care and tasted fantastic. It's always nice to see employees who take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.

A big thank you to Gabby and Lily for making this one of the best Subway experiences I've had. I'll definitely be coming back!“

“Bri and Julie were wonderful I had such a pleasant experience in subway today which made up for a bad experience I had at another location recently! Whenever I’m in the area this will be the only one I visit! A company is only as good as its employees! These two are shining stars! I really appreciate them! Customer service means so much to me“

“Another outstanding experience here thanks to JP!!“

“My family ordered one Rueben and four #17 1/2 sandwiches. Bar none they were the best corned beef sandwiches we have ever eaten... the meat was tender and stacked high, the coleslaw was a perfect balance, and something simple like the grilled bread was nice and crispy. I kid you not when I say that my mother and I couldn't put our sandwiches down. What an awesome deli, and what amazing food. I cannot recommend them highly enough.“

“Subway is so good this place takes the tail when it comes to original subs with alotnof meat and cheese...man I'm always so film after I est my lunch it's crazy that I almost feel I should order 2 $14 subs so that I'm not hungry later.“

“Best Jersey Mike’s in metro Detroit!!“

“I will make the extra 5 minute drive to this subway instead of the one nearest me. Employees are friendly and fast and the owner is very nice as well. Dining area and work station is always clean. I wish I could give them a bonus star for staying open later than usual compared to other subways.“

“it was busy and the man working was by himself. he did an exceptional job and was very kind and accommodating. I got 3 subs, 2 for my ocd parents and he followed the instructions very politely. he needs a raise and to be appreciated asap. his name was eric!“

Thank you to everyone who reads this and you put a positive spin on it. Your all great people out there and you never know you may run into me and,be sure to shout out!!!“

“I would like to express how amazing the service and store looked this morning (Aug 1st @ 9:23am)...I have never seen a better looking showcase before and 066 ( I hope that's an employee number) was so hospitable. If I was still managing a Tim Hortons I would try to steal her. Don't see customer service like that very often, I hope she is appreciated for all that she does“

“the staff is great and the strawberry smoothie is the best😊 at the Michigan Ave shop“

“Friendly and patient staff. Fixed sub exactly the way I requested. Fresh cut fries always a winner. 1st time visiting and I'm sure it won't be the last. Reasonably priced. 2 subs, medium fries, 2 drinks, and cookie under 25 dollars.“

“From the moment I walked in, she greeted every customer with a smile, asked how everyone was doing, and even knew many customers by name. That level of genuine customer service is something so many establishments are missing today.

She was the only employee working during the lunch rush, yet she managed to keep the line moving while still making every customer feel welcomed and valued.
This Subway is located inside a hospital. I was there while my mother was having surgery and decided to stop in for lunch. I'm so glad I did.

Thank you, Gabby, for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. You truly made a stressful day a little brighter. I hope Subway recognizes what a tremendous asset you are.“

“good employees especially todays closing manager 😉“

“Reese is the man !!!!! He made my sandwich with care and was on POINT with everything from the service to cashing me
Out and upselling me
Cookies and a drink even.

Cheers Reese and thanks for the pleasant experience!!!!“

“The experience I had at this Subway location deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere—and that’s all thanks to the incredible owner, Kassem. The store was spotless, well-organized, and fully stocked with fresh ingredients. My sandwich was made to perfection, and it was clear that quality and customer satisfaction are top priorities here. Kassem’s attention to detail, friendly attitude, and dedication to his customers truly set this place apart.“

“Ordered online from Allen Park at 6:05. Email states ordered would be ready at 6:25. Arrived at 6:28 and ordered wasn’t even started yet! They said they were busy. I should have been next since I was in the store but they continued to wait on everyone else and then waited on me! I tip 20% for carry out and since service didn’t warrant a tip, I want that refunded. Wrong bread on my sub was wrong, no big deal. Still good sub. I’m upset due to the fact of what is the point of ordering online if the order “doesn’t jump the line?”. Won’t happen again.EDIT: I talked to Brenda the manager and she was apologetic and offered me a remake of my order. She explained it was a new employee and he wasn’t familiar with the online orders and there was a call off that night. I appreciate the honesty and will visit this location again.“

“Subs where great. Nice worker's quick n fast. Clean store.“

“I want to tell you, it is the cleanest Subway that I have ever, really, seen. Very friendly workers. And the smiles of Miranda and MoMo were very nice to see. I will definitely be coming to this store from now on! 😊
All the meats and veggies were fresh! That’s what caught my eye. They really care about the customers.“

“Natasha an employee was making sandwiches and taking orders from customers at a neck breaking pace.
Her male coworker must be having a bad day.
The wife and I waited at least 15 while this young man was struggling to function, must be having a rough day.
Restaurant was clean inside and out.
Prices are really starting to go up.
Natasha is a great team player she deserves a raise“

“Good fresh food made to order super nice gentleman the manager and the newer lady did an awesome job on my order Best Subway around here“

“During the pandemic I stopped going this place, because the sandwich preppers didn't put their masks over their entire mouth and noise. No things are a bit different. Friendly staff, good food, again a bit more expensive as well. The thing about subways that now I don't agree with is that they got rid of the mozzarella cheese that goes on the personal pizzas. Why??? Bring back the mozzarella cheese for the personal pizza and this would be a 5 star establishment easy.“

“I don’t come here often, but when i do it’s always great. I’ve never had a bad sub or a bad experience here. These people treat their customers with upmost respect and it’s very heart warming. It’s hard to get nice people now a days people are so mean. i was waiting to be helped and this guy came in rushed over and helped me right away at 4:08 pm on july 23. Thank you. I came from a 14 hr shift, i had a really bad headache and i just wanted to eat and sleep. He treated me with respect and if you ever see this i thank you so much and i hope he gets recognized for this review because he truly deserves something. Thank you for making me smile and just being a decent human being to me. You never know what someone’s going through. I rate this place a 10/10 everyone who worked there at that time was amazing. two guys. those two guys were amazing!! i hope you guys see this because just know you made my entire day after a long hard day. i always try to tip 20% or more. These guys deserve tips.“
