“I stopped by the Riverview location today. When they asked about my day, I told them my wife was in labor today and requested Jersey Mikes when she was given permission to eat some lunch. The employee making my sandwich then told his manager and the manager generously comped our sandwiches and wished us luck. I appreciate a business that goes the extra mile to connect with customers.“

“I tried really hard to find Google reviews for this restaurant but I could not locate it so I will leave my review here. I'm a little late but I'll keep my promise. My boyfriend and I had lunch here yesterday and it was such a nice experience. The '80s and '90s theme is so cool! and the girl behind the counter who took our order was as sweet as could be. I wish I couldn't remember the name of the store owner, and I should have written it down, but what a genuine nice guy! The food was superior! I had the chicken and bacon ranch wrap which was so large that I had to take half of it with me. My boyfriend's Ringo Burger was so delicious and so fresh tasting. We also had the cajun fries and he generously offered a cup of French onion soup for us to try. All I can say is delicious! I would definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back again! “I had a great experience at this Tubbys location! The two workers were so friendly. I let them know that I couldn't have cheese on my sub and the man beautiful the counter asked if it was an allergy and I replied yes. He proceeded to clean the grill for me and the lady got a clean knife to cut the subs with to ensure my sub was free if any dairy. I greatly appreciate the service and I will be giving them my business again in the future!

“From the moment I walked in, she greeted every customer with a smile, asked how everyone was doing, and even knew many customers by name. That level of genuine customer service is something so many establishments are missing today.

She was the only employee working during the lunch rush, yet she managed to keep the line moving while still making every customer feel welcomed and valued.
This Subway is located inside a hospital. I was there while my mother was having surgery and decided to stop in for lunch. I'm so glad I did.

Her male coworker must be having a bad day.
The wife and I waited at least 15 while this young man was struggling to function, must be having a rough day.
Restaurant was clean inside and out.
Prices are really starting to go up.

She explained it was a new employee and he wasn’t familiar with the online orders and there was a call off that night. I appreciate the honesty and will visit this location again.“

“This food chain was by far the best I've had. The staff was friendly and they had a clean restroom. The sandwich that I ordered was the chicken, bacon and ranch hot sandwich. It came with bacon, I had requested crispy bacon but it wasn't hard at all. That was disappointing but the sandwich was so good, it didn't even matter! That was the best sandwich I've had from a sandwich chain by far. If the bacon was crispy, it would've been 5 stars hands down! I will go back and this time, I'll elaborate on the doneness of the bacon. Even with the softer bacon, I still loved my food! I didn't care for the lemon cookie, it has a weird aftertaste like the sugar is artificial or something. I'll pass on that.

“During the pandemic I stopped going this place, because the sandwich preppers didn't put their masks over their entire mouth and noise. No things are a bit different. Friendly staff, good food, again a bit more expensive as well. The thing about subways that now I don't agree with is that they got rid of the mozzarella cheese that goes on the personal pizzas. Why??? Bring back the mozzarella cheese for the personal pizza and this would be a 5 star establishment easy.“
