“I tried really hard to find Google reviews for this restaurant but I could not locate it so I will leave my review here. I'm a little late but I'll keep my promise. My boyfriend and I had lunch here yesterday and it was such a nice experience. The '80s and '90s theme is so cool! and the girl behind the counter who took our order was as sweet as could be. I wish I couldn't remember the name of the store owner, and I should have written it down, but what a genuine nice guy! The food was superior! I had the chicken and bacon ranch wrap which was so large that I had to take half of it with me. My boyfriend's Ringo Burger was so delicious and so fresh tasting. We also had the cajun fries and he generously offered a cup of French onion soup for us to try. All I can say is delicious! I would definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back again! “The crew that worked at this Henry Ford location on: April 14, 2026 around 2 pm was GREAT! I was having a low blood sugar reaction and they helped me immediately when I told them. I requested an oatmeal raisin cookie and cup for a drink until I could order my sandwich. Tanijha gave me the cookie and cup immediately. When it was my turn to order my sandwich Mimi and Malcolm worked very well together to get my sandwich to me expeditiously due to my low blood sugar. All this happened during a very busy time for them; however, they worked together to get me and my blood sugar together! 😊 I want each of them to know that I appreciate them from the bottom of my heart. I tried to call to speak with their manager Angela the next day, to compliment them, but the phone just rang, then cut off. God BLESS and kudos to each of them for a JOB WELL DONE!

I came from a 14 hr shift, i had a really bad headache and i just wanted to eat and sleep. “We came here a few minutes prior to closing time.
The man that serviced us was extremely pleasant, prompt and polite. He was an older gentleman with salt and pepper or possibly white hair. He was so patient with us, even though he was about to close down. He loaded our sandwiches up with the remainder of meat he had left (we got double meat and it was much more generous than any other subway we’ve been to) and he was super fast with the whole process. It’s truly the people that make an establishment 5 stars or 1 star. He did an awesome job and we truly thank him for servicing customers so close to the end of the shift, and even a few minutes after close, with such understanding, patience and respect. You don’t see that very often, especially in a fast food restaurant. The food was great, too. The sandwiches were juicy, fat and toasty. Just how we like them. Cookies on point. We will come back.
